The New DubLi

DubLi's New LookDubLi.com —Phase 1 Innovative Layout and Design

DubLi’s designers have been very busy behind the scene for months now preparing to launch the new and innovative DubLi.Com auction portal. This newsletter will provide you with information on some of the features and enhancements. But we highly suggest taking a personal tour so you can experience the robust functionality of our updated site. We feel confident you will be very happy with the new design. It is the first step of many more to come as we get closer to unveiling the new Global Auction Portal scheduled to debut later in 2009.

New Starting Page…Xpress

When visitors first arrive at the newly designed website they will immediately be directed to the Xpress auctions, where they can browse for dozens of quality name brand items. One thing remains though, our starting price is the absolute lowest on the market and from there the price goes down, down, down! We feel our new layout will make it much easier for first time visitors as well as repeat customers to get acquainted with our website. Customers will still have the option to check out what’s going on over at Unique Bid or stroll through the mega mall with a simple click of the mouse.

DubLi recently made the decision to focus entirely on two specific auction platforms instead of three and elected to enhance the Xpress Auction and Unique Bid while closing down the Zer0 Auction. DubLi’s long term objective has always been to create the best auction platform on the internet and sometime’s it means letting go of the past, so we can more clearly focus on our future, much the same way Microsoft evolved from MS-DOS to Windows Vista. The Xpress and Unique Bid auction portals are in complete alignment with the shopping habits of today’s E-Commerce customers.

New Search Box – Find Exactly What You Want

One of the first things you will notice on the new DubLi.Com website is a larger “Search Box” located to the left hand side of the website. Simply type in a key word for a particular item you are interested in buying…OR… choose to perform a search by typing in the name of the manufacturer. Pretty neat huh? Try it out for yourself and take a test drive, you’ll be very impressed.

In addition we offer a Cross-Selling functionality to the auction site which will highlight similar items of interest based on what you are looking to buy and offer alternative merchandise in a category similar to what you are searching for, complete with a product image and overview. We feel this enhancement will create a lot more options to our customers.

Gift Card Categories – Infinite Choice & Selection

By far one of the most popular choices among customers who frequent our auction is bidding on gift cards. The more we put on, the more customers snatch them up. So we are seriously beefing up the quantity and quality of our gift card selection. The new site will feature a category of available gift cards, from major supermarkets and gasoline to Home Depot and Toys-R-Us and everything in between. If you’re looking to bid on a gift card for a famous steak house; we got it. On the other hand if you’re looking to add some new songs to your iPod, then start placing your bids on the iTunes gift card. Our team of dedicated buyers are actively stocking up the most popular gift cards in the marketplace and making them immediately available on the website in order to keep pace with demand, and with the Christmas season fast approaching, early shoppers are stocking up now. You will be amazed with what we have done with the gift cards.

MediaNet Group Technologies and DubLi Companies Amend Merger Agreement

MARGATE, FL and BERLIN — (Marketwire) — 09/25/09 — MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MEDG), operating the largest online mall and affinity program platform through its BSP Rewards subsidiary, today announced that it has amended its definitive merger agreement with CG Holdings Limited, a privately-held, European-based holding company for the DubLi companies, a worldwide online trading firm (“DubLi”). As amended, the agreement provides for the issuance of 5,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock to DubLi shareholders and no common stock. The Preferred Stock will have 90% of the voting power of MediaNet’s shares. As amended, the merger agreement provides that after the closing of the business combination with DubLi, MediaNet will increase its authorized common stock from 50,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares, at which time the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock will be automatically converted into 90% of the shares of common stock of MediaNet to be outstanding after the conversion.
